Overall Goal:
To improve access to and quality of pre- and post-HIV-test counselling in Moldova in accordance with WHO and UNAIDS recommendations.

Objectives:

- To strengthen in-country training capacity by preparing a pool of qualified national trainers on pre- and post-test counselling to be recognised by the Ministry of Health and the National AIDS Centre as well as by international, governmental and non-governmental organisations.

- To improve the skills of health professionals in Moldova in providing pre- and post-HIV-test counselling within the health care system.
