Strategic Plan 2008-2010
Based on an analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT)
which all offices of AIDS Foundation East-West (AFEW) participated in, many strengths, weaknesses and opportunities were identified that form the basis of the AFEW Strategic Plan 2008–2010. This strategic plan outlines the strategies for AFEW’s programme activities as well as for the organisation as a whole and its departments, and sets targets for important new plans and directions.
